Welcome back since we have been late as heck!

We talk about Konami both dropping a needed update for a recent game while going back and updating a 4 year old title.  Polytron throwing a fit for making a broken game and having to pay for it.  Nintendo has launched the giant Nintendo 3DSXL alongside the coin based New Super Mario Bros 2. Welcome to another California episode of the show. Thankfully I am joined once again by N5omniac so we could cover some of the gaming and geek news that has been going on lately.

We talk about the upcoming Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, David Jaffe leaves "Eat Sleep Play", Xbox Live's Stephen "StepTo" Toulouse is leaving Microsoft, Sony skimps on Vita PSP UMD support for the US/Europe, Double-Fine pulls off another miracle, Ubisoft proves why DRM is bad, Resident Evil: Revelations was released, and much more.  

We announced on the show our latest contest for the Podcast! Zenspath Podcast Ep 016 - Traveling Can Suck

Welcome to the first Episode of 2012 and the beginning of Season3 for the Zenspath Podcast!

This is a short epsiode that I pulled together on the road in California to get the ball rolling for the year and because I was getting WAY behind.  

The music for this episode is the "Arkham City Main Theme" by Nick Arundel from 2011's Batman: Arkham City.  

I talk a little about Zen Pinball 3D being released for the Nintendo 3DS eShop, Sony having some issues with the Vita, Modnation Racers for Vita lets us down, and why SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) has to be stopped along with my feelings and ranting on the matter.
